Our story
We built what we needed first
"What would a mental health practice platform look like if it were designed as one connected workspace from the beginning?"
Hakini IO is built based on years of experience in managing digital care services, serving individuals and organizations globally. As we grew, so did the complexity behind delivering care. We needed to manage professionals and clients, coordinate appointments, deliver secure virtual sessions, process payments, run programs, manage organizations, track performance, and create a digital experience people could trust and easily use. We experienced firsthand how much technology sits behind every great care experience. And we learned something important: Delivering great care is already difficult. The technology behind it shouldn’t make it harder. So we built our own infrastructure. Over time, that infrastructure evolved into Hakini IO.
